Here are some quick rules to look over in regards to returns, shipping, and other basics of the products we sell through our system.

Return Policy

 If there are issues with the product due to shipping or production problems of the product like damage or the wrong picture/product once you receive it the return policy is as follows. You have 3 weeks to show us these issues via a picture and explanation of the issue to provide an opportunity to get a full refund, re-ship a product, or make some other arrangement. We will review each issue on a case by case basis and let you know if it qualifies to be returned, refunded, or reprinted. Anything sent to us past 3 weeks still might have an opportunity for a return, refund, or reprint but it becomes much harder as there are limits to our partner policies as well from shipping to printing.

Special Requests

If you have special requests beyond what the system can do we will look into them on a case by case basis. There are many things we strive to do to help a customer receive the product they want and given the right circumstances we will provide extra services. These likely would require extra costs as well associated to the wants and needs of the client.

Problems with the Program

Occasionally software can have glitches and issues from time to time. We hope you understand at times this can happen. With that said, if there are issues we hope you let us know as soon as possible with a good description and even a potential picture or screenshot of the issue at hand. This will help us greatly in how the product evolves while providing the best customer experience we can.
