Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@boundri.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that are highly customized
- Damaged Products

Please Note
- Any product returned due to damage or printing issues will have to provide picture proof of the defects right after the product is delivered and no later than 7 days after product is delivered and opened. Any other defects or issues shown after the initial 7 days will not be subject to return unless agreed upon Boundri and it’s team.
- All printed products that have damage or printing issues will go through a verification process with the printing provider directly if applicable to determine if the defect or issue is sufficient enough to print and ship a new product without additional charges. This process is not determined by Boundri itself in any way.
- If a product is shown to be defective and qualifies to be reprinted and shipped, the issue must be known and approved to do so within 21 days of the initial product purchase. Certain cases may apply due to shipping issues where this amount of time can be extended.
- In case of a defective product, it is recommended not to return the product directly to the company , but to dispose of it yourself in a way you would like as our products are custom and have very little restocking value to the company.
- If for instance you’ve received a defective or wrong print of a outdoor rug that would have been used for play by another, it is recommended that if this happens you donate the product to a location educational center like a daycare or elementary school.
