Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard and Expedited shipping on all domestic orders.
Shipping to the US: Typically you will receive your order between 7 and 10 business days. Holiday seasons can increase this time from 10-14 business days. Expedited shipping can be available on request for an additional fee. Shipping to Canada: It can take from 10-14 business days typically, but there are instances where shipping certain products like outdoor rugs may take longer due to their size and shipping format and also need to go through customs. Especially during the holiday season this can become problematic. It is advised buying a product early up to 2 months in advance to be shipped on time during the holiday season in Canada. In some cases, it could be faster to ship to a shipping depot in the US on the border to mitigate customs and other shipping timing issues. Please contact us if you have any certain questions or requests for Canadian shipping. Orders outside the US and Canada: Currently we only will except order on a case by case basis beyond US and Canadian borders. Our system can accept initially a product created outside of these areas, but in order for it to be processed and shipped we will need to contact you in order to confirm all the different options, timing, and process of shipping to your address.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We limit orders beyond the US and Canada currently and review them on a case by case basis depending on the needs of the client and other shipping limitations.
Certain rural addresses can sometimes not be approved by the shipping providers thus it is needed for an approved USPS or similar service to verify physical addresses in order for a order to even be fulfilled and printed before shipping can happen. Typically if we have issues with the address we will inform you and ask for a secondary address.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If a product delivery is delayed for any reason we may have limits into how we can handle these if they go beyond the 21 day return policy terms. For instance, shipping outside of the US has many challenges via customs and timing especially with the larger format prints we provide such as rugs and large wall prints. These can actually get stuck in customs for weeks to months or unfortunately get lost. In these instances, we ask for you to provide us with as much information as possible in order for use to make sure we can confirm where your product may be. ISSUES WITH SHIPPING
Since some of our products come in large sizes and formats shipping can be problematic. While we do have terms that allow for returns in shipping issues occur, timing is incredible important as we need to know as soon as possible if any issues are occurring beyond the typical shipping timeframes mentioned in our policies. Going beyond these timeframes can cause extra costs that we need to pass on to your the customer at times if it goes beyond the terms and services and product return guidelines. While we want to give the best experience possible, sometimes issues our out of our hands as we use many third-party providers to create, produce, ship, and get the product to you. We reserve the right to charge extra for reprints and shipping if the customer goes beyond the allotted policy terms of service.
